Plans & billing
Quota = number of accepted filings per rolling month. A plan never changes legal correctness — only how many invoices you can file.
Plans
| Plan | Quota / month | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 15 | 0 zł, no card |
| Pro | 250 | 49 zł / mo |
| Business | 1500 | 129 zł / mo |
The free tier is the wedge: no card, file straight away. Paid tiers lift the quota.
What counts toward the quota
- Only accepted invoices (and corrections) count — status
accepted. - Rejections don't burn quota. A failed filing costs nothing. Fix and resubmit freely.
- The window is a rolling month (the last 30 days), not a calendar month.
Hitting the quota
Once the free quota is used up, new invoices are held (not filed), not rejected — they wait safely in the queue. We email you once, at the boundary.
Upgrading a plan automatically re-files whatever was held over the old limit. Nothing is lost.
A second reason for a hold: incomplete profile
We also hold an invoice when it's missing the seller details FA(3) requires — the company NIP, name, or address. That's not a rejection and doesn't burn quota: the invoice waits, and once you complete the company profile in onboarding, you can resubmit it. See How filing works.
Billing
Subscriptions run through Stripe Billing. Changing a plan switches the active tier; going back to free cancels the subscription. Payments go through Stripe — we don't store card details.
