Changes to KSeF Kit you can see when issuing and filing invoices. Newest first.

Analytics now waits for your consent. Microsoft Clarity and Google conversion measurement do not connect before you choose “Accept”, and you can change the choice through “Privacy settings” in the footer. The privacy policy also explains where a contact email can come from, which messages are necessary to operate the service versus separately consented updates and offers, and what we delete or may retain as historic filing proof after an integration is disconnected.
Every account now has its own Stripe webhook URL (/webhooks/stripe/…, shown under Settings → Stripe connection). An event delivered there names your account, so we check it against a single signing secret. If you connected Stripe with a restricted key earlier, point your endpoint in Stripe at that URL — the shared address keeps working until 1 January 2027, and editing an endpoint's URL doesn't change its signing secret, so there is nothing to paste again.

Stripe coupons are allocated per invoice line. A discount spread across several lines used to reach KSeF with the wrong amounts — it now matches the invoice in Stripe.
Invoices with 11 or more lines file in full, and shipping cost becomes its own FA(3) position (“Koszt dostawy”).
Every held, blocked or queued invoice now has a way back — resubmit in one click, with a link to whatever needs fixing. Corrections (KOR) included. Blocks lift automatically once you complete your company profile or connect KSeF.
Nothing is lost silently. Interrupted and blocked filing attempts are recorded and visible in the invoice's filing history instead of vanishing.
Stripe sandbox installs file invoices. Previously those invoices sat at “W kolejce” forever.
Free plan: 6 accepted filings a month instead of 10. Accounts created before 30 July 2026 keep the old limit of 10 until 1 September 2026. Over the limit, invoices are held rather than rejected — they file automatically once you upgrade.
The KSeF number is written to Stripe invoice metadata rather than the invoice footer — Stripe rejects footer edits on a finalized invoice, which was costing us the metadata too. Failed write-backs are now visible in the filing history.

Connect KSeF without leaving Stripe — the token goes into Stripe's Secret Store, not our database.
Invoices carry FA(3) line items (FaWiersz) and the buyer's address. A structured invoice is not valid without them.
Connect Stripe with a restricted key when you can't install the Marketplace app. A company profile page with your NIP was added.
You can start straight on production KSeF — a test filing is no longer required.
15 June 2026 — KSeF Kit goes live: automatic filing of Stripe invoices to KSeF as FA(3), KOR corrections, UPO as proof of filing, NBP-rate currency conversion, an accountant export, and a free plan.
